Hi 👋 Our Sports Massage Diploma is available as face to face training at our main centre in Swindon, South West England (as in the UK you can’t gain professional insurance to work, or join a professional body, with an online course). Here’s the link to our course page 🔗 coreelements.uk.com/sport-massage-diploma-and-certificate-courses/ Hope this helps and have a great day.
love your technique, how can I register for your online class.
Great to hear and glad this video is helpful 🙂. Our qualification is available as Face to Face training at our main centre in Swindon, Wiltshire, UK. But for qualified therapists we do have an Online refresher course available 👍🏼 🔗 coreelements.uk.com/massage-refresh/
Hey, appreciate all the content. Could you please do pin & stretch or trigger point massage for neck muscles (traps & levator scapular) 🙏🏼
Will pop this request on our filming list. This video may contain details for upper trap and wider back trigger points 👍🏼 🔗 ruclips.net/video/sGwo1xBBYoU/видео.html
@@CoreElementsTraining thank you!!
Im applying that tecniques...wow you got it....MIND YOU ..CAN I ENROL. TO THIS FOUNDATION
Google Scholar documents said to use organic unrefined coconut oil while doing using the effleurage massaging technique. That's the key to lowering blood pressure when it's hypertension.
That’s interesting 👍🏼. Was that a peer reviewed journal? Laying in the reclined position will lower BP as well, interesting if massage mediums have an effect. Although massage for anyone who has uncontrolled hypertension BP is considered a contraindication for treatment.
@@CoreElementsTraining I wasn't aware that sitting in the reclined position helped lower high blood pressure. Thank you for sharing. Yes. Google Scholar Effleurage Massage with topical virgin coconut oil, Diah Setiani, Cantika Laksmi Bunga. Husada Mahakam: Jurnal Kesehatan 13 (1), 08-18, 2023
Excellent demonstration.
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it 🙂

You’re welcome. I’m glad the videos are helpful and enjoy you’re massage course 👍🏼
Hello! Thank you very much for taking the time to explain how to apply this technique in such detail. I would like to know how often a person should apply this technique. Thank you!
Hi 👋 Good question. Unfortunately there isn’t a set answer, as it depends on the amount of tension within the muscle, how much is reduced by treatment, the colour of any cupping marks, and how active the client is in between treatment.
Is kneading similar technique of petrissage
Hi 👋 Yes kneading is a form of petrissage 👍🏼

why I can't save this video to watch later?
Usually if you click 👍🏼 it pops it into your liked list so you can find it more easily to re-watch.
do you have any video's for effleurage massage on legs for in tournament athletes who compete over multiple days? Many thanks
Not at the moment. But it’s a good idea for later videos 👍🏼🙂
Wow, cupping seems easy enough. I'm interested in knee cupping. Does cupping involves actual cutting the flesh? Some one told me this was a part of the therapy.
Hi 👋 Wet cupping is the therapy where they break the skin. This isn’t something that we do within Dry Cupping/ myofascial cupping, as within this therapy we’re aiming to have an effect on the musculoskeletal system. Here’s a video of cupping around the knee for information. All of our videos are aimed at therapy professionals 👍🏼 🔗 ruclips.net/video/zCfYBbADwBQ/видео.htmlsi=UH9AORym5YLvBLOU
Very helpful, thanks!!

This made my thumbs hurt
Aim to keep you thumb joints slightly bent and have a look to see if you’re hyper mobile / hyperextending at the thumb joint.
Great job mam I just wanted to know how can I join in your class
Hi 👋 Thank you 🙏🏼 Our course is delivered face to face at our training centre in Swindon, Wiltshire (45-55 min on train from London Paddington). Here’s the link to the course page 🔗 coreelements.uk.com/sport-massage-diploma-and-certificate-courses/

You are such a good teacher. I'm enjoying learning from you. Thank you.
Great to hear and thank you 🙏🏼
Stating cupping be helpful if there is. No false dubbingg
Yes static cupping could be used also. But movement techniques often reduce tension more quickly and help with functional movement. Not sure what’s meant my no false dubbingg?
Will this treatment is done for breast upliftment
Hi 👋 The aim of this treatment is to reduce tension within the pectoral muscles and to increase range of motion at the shoulder joint 👍🏼
Yet another amazing video Fantastic Thanks so much ❤
Glad it’s useful 👍🏼🙂
